A Rare Benign Neck Mass in Children: Lipoblastoma

1 year 4 months old boy presented with increasing in size of right posterior neck swelling for 1 month which was painless. Examination showed swelling measuring 9x6cm in size. Excision was done which histophatological examination revealed lipoblastoma. Swelling in posterior neck for paediatric age group is common, but diagnosis need to be confirmed to exclude any malignant lesion. Excision of lipoblastoma is adequate as is it nonmalignant. No further oncological management was needed.
