Abstract

Cystic fibrosis is multisystem genetic disorder caused by mutation in cystic fibrosis gene. The dermatosis and nutritional manifestations are secondary to malabsorption in these children which can be avoided if early diagnosis and management would be done by general pediatrician. Here we report an infant who presented with dermatosis and greyish hairs with bilateral pedal edema and turned out to be cystic fibrosis on genetic mutation.
